About Lauren Wilson
Lauren Wilson is the founder and Managing Director of Village Family Lawyers, a specialist family law practice she established in 2019 with offices in Mount Eliza and Malvern.
A Mornington Peninsula local, Lauren works with individuals and families through separation, parenting disputes and property settlement, with particular depth in complex financial matters – business interests, family trusts, self-managed superannuation funds and high-value asset pools.
Her practice is built on resolving matters outside court wherever it is safe and appropriate to do so. Village Family Lawyers does not conduct mediation; Lauren advises clients around it – preparing their position beforehand, advising them through the session, and formalising the agreement in consent orders afterwards.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Victoria University, a Bachelor of Business (Commerce) from Monash University, a Bachelor of Teaching and a Graduate Diploma in Law. She hosts the podcast Divorce, Parenting and Property – Legal Insights from Village Family Lawyers.
