• Can any lawyer be listed?

  No, we set exceptional standards as to which lawyers are added to the directory. Lawyers who are an Accredited Specialist have a good chance of being listed. Other lawyers who are not an Accredited Specialist may be listed at our discretion, we will look at many factors such as Google reviews, Facebook reviews, Trustpilot reviews, industry awards & recognition, Doyles Guide recognition, Legal500 recognition and recommendations found on community boards and online forums.

• What are 'priority referrals'?

  ‘Priority referrals’ are referrals given to lawyers when the original lawyer or law firm is non-responsive to an enquiry from a prospect.

• What happens after payment is made?

  Our team will begin setup of your premium verified profile. We will email you when the profile is published and ready for you to view. Upon review, you may wish to contact us to make any minor amendments.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your listing will revert back to the Free plan.

  But please note, if your listing was purchased during a discounted special event/promotion, then you decide to cancel and wish to subscribe again later in future, that discounted/promotional price may no longer be valid and you will need to subscribe again at the standard prices. 

  We do not issue refunds for time remaining left on your paid listing. 

• Can I upgrade anytime?

  Yes, you can upgrade your listing anytime.

• Do you offer discounts?

  Yes, we offer discounts on Annual subscriptions.

  Customers can save 20% if they choose to pay the Annual amount versus monthly over a span of 12 months. 

  We may also offer special discounted subscriptions from time to time.

• Can you tailor a package if we have many lawyers?

  Yes, depending on how many lawyers we may be able to create a custom package for your law practice.

• How do I get a Featured profile listing?

  Currently, Featured profiles are by invitation only. This may change in future.

  You are welcome to get in touch about a Featured listing availability.

• What kind of payment methods do you accept?

  We accept credit card payments such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  We believe this is the most secure payment method for customers. 

• Is it safe to make online payment on this website?

  All payment data and security is handled by Stripe when you make a payment via this website. Stripe is our payment processor.

  Stripe implements multiple security measures to protect customer data and financial information.

  These include PCI Level 1 compliance, encryption, tokenisation, and fraud detection, ensuring a secure payment processing environment.

  

• Are these amounts including GST?

  Yes, these amounts are GST inclusive.

• Will I receive a tax invoice?

  Yes, you will receive a tax invoice via email from Stripe. 

  The invoice will be issued by XW Digital Pty Ltd t/a LAWGUIDE.
