Thomas Mahon

Thomas Mahon is a Director and solicitor at Mahons with Yuncken & Yuncken Lawyers.

Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria, he holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, as well as a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.

Thomas serves as a key member of the firm’s leadership team, drawing on a strong commercial foundation gained from earlier practice at a boutique CBD advisory firm where he advised clients across industries such as agriculture, mining, major events, transport, and family enterprises.

In his role at Mahons, Thomas provides practical, strategic advice covering commercial and business law, leasing, commercial agreements, business transactions, and estate planning (including wills and powers of attorney).

Known for his calm demeanor, high emotional intelligence, and solutions-focused mindset, he excels at simplifying complex legal and commercial issues.
