InTandem Legal Services is a specialist family law and mediation practice based in Victoria, established by experienced family law practitioners Jill Raby and Susan Hamilton‑Green. Both founders are highly regarded in the field, each with more than 25 years of experience in family law and over 15 years as practising mediators. They are also registered with the Attorney‑General’s Department as Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners.

The practice was created with a focus on assisting families to resolve disputes in a constructive and less adversarial way. Susan Hamilton‑Green is a nationally accredited mediator, a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Family Law and Mediation, and also serves on the Independent Children’s Lawyer Panel with Victoria Legal Aid.
