Can't rate these guys highly enough. Was a long hard 4 year road to settlement, purely due to a non responsive other party, but they got it over the line great tenacity. Amy unpinned the whole process and dealt with everything professionally and efficiently from the start and really understood what needed to be done in a fairly complicated case. Handing the reins to Joe nearing the end of the process and only a few months before the trial date, I was a bit worried, but the handover was seamless and Joe saw the case through til the end. Communication was great all the way through and he really understood all of the intricacies of my case without me having to explain everything to him. He had great suggestions and negotiated with the other parties lawyer well to bring the case to settlement without the need for a trial hearing. There were always options given and my thoughts listened to with no pressure. Joe was deeply aware of costs of litigation and the stress for all involved and successfully managed to avoid the need for a costly trial. I highly recommend both Amy and Joe and in the unfortunate event of need further legal matters attended to, then I will be returning to AFL Withnalls.
